Gettin Their Ish Together

What do Jim Mora, Jr. and Jay-Z have in common? It's not obvious?! They are two guys who have recently gotten their ish together ("ish" is a polite way to say "shit", for the culturally challenged) .
Jim Mora, although I am certain you get facials and I suspect you use botox to maintain your beautiful, supple skin, you have reclaimed your man card just in time to lead the Atlanta Falcons to two consecutive hard-earned wins against the Steelers and the Bengals. We both know the atmosphere in Atlanta was unprecedented after the loss to the Giants. But you stepped up your game and coached for your job. Now, Michael Vick is reaching his potential, the city is filled with hope and "Superbowl" is back in our vocabulary.
Jay-Z, you are known for creating raps "off the top of your dome" without writing anything down. Although that is indeed part of your greatness, your lyrics are consequently inconsistent with respect to quality, especially lately. Although you are threatening to ruin my buzz by being a media whore, you have recently stepped up your game and made an effort to put out rhymes that you have actually put some thought into. This is one of the many lyrical highlights of your latest hit, "Show Me What You Got,":
Shots of patron now she’s in a zone
I ain’t talking about the 2-3
Mami in the zone like the homie 2-3
Jordan or James
Makes no difference boo I’m ballin the same
I am the Mike Jordan of recording
You might want to fall back from recording
But you right it’s not important
So it forced him to go for the hype
For being brave and they may applaud him
Well misery I will assure them
Aww baby just ignore them
Truth or dare mami listen and learn
I got a drop I just took off the top
It’s your turn
Nice... Especially the sports references.
Kudos, guys. I toast you with a Budweiser Select.
