Stating the Obvious...

Awful Announcing has undertaken a detailed analysis of how much better TNT's NBA coverage is than ESPN's. It's a two-parter, so read it all. I emphatically agree. When the NBA announced their new deal with ESPN a couple of years back, to me, it was like the NBA had decided to just ruin basketball. Why would any league entrust the bulk of their national games to ESPN? Especially when TNT was must see TV. I was watching the NBA almost everyday during the heyday of Inside the NBA. I would watch ANY game on TNT. Golden State v. Atlanta? No problem. Now, I can barely remember to turn it on. ESPN could use 100 analysts for NBA coverage, it will still suck.
