Country Livin'
Everybody does not live according to the big city standard. And sometimes it's not easy.
Everyday is groundhog day for the Cincinnati Bengals. This time, it was linebacker Odell Thurman who got arrested. He is already serving a suspension, but he is accused of assaulting and kicking two men in Monticello, GA at a late night party. I'm all for law and order, but I urge Mr. Goodell to go on easy on Mr. Thurman this time. If you can't get drunk and get in a fight in your country hometown (maybe even with a relative!), then maybe you aren't American.
And, speakin' of the dark side of country livin', Michael Vick continues to catch a raw deal from his country cousins. The home he put up for sale in Virginia was burglarized. Supposedly by family members who were unhappy with the division of proceeds after the sale of the house. So some nice sized plasma tvs, a leather sofa and a wet/dry vac were taken.
The southern lifestyle is different. Don't judge us!
